I've been absolutely miserable since yesterday evening.

Multiple symptoms - the worst being chills that I can't shake and some horrible headaches..
The test showed up positive a few minutes ago.

I am totally isolated, except my basset hound. He is trying very hard to get me warmed up

Guess I'll just call my doctor in the morning.

Drink some tea, take some Tylenol as needed, watch some Netflix, and rest. Should be up and back in a few days, might as well enjoy the alone time while you have it.

I like alkaseltzer it's aspirin in liquid form for faster relief of body ache headache mild fever
I'm also taking strong vitamins and zinc quercetin
Hot coffee also helps right now for me to not feel as miserable when I'm off of alkaseltzer aspirin

I took Ivermectin today
Maybe doctors have classic treatments like antibiotics in 2023
