32m, 25 BMI, pretty active with 2 young kids. J&j late March. On Rev's cocktail which PCP mentioned a bunch of those vitamins as well plus Flonase and Zyrtec.

Wife tested positive Friday and I also started having a sore throat then. Had increasing fatigue Saturday then tested positive as well. Sunday bad fatigue, worst body aches I've ever had, nasal congestion, headaches.

Sunday night chills, night sweats, etc. Bad night of sleep. Monday rough morning but felt better, body aches and headache went away about noon.

Today less fatigue but still there. Horrible lower back pain, headaches better. But noticed I couldn't taste dinner. Normal for that to show up this late? I'll probably check in with PCP if I'm still feeling crappy tomorrow.

Blood oxygen has been normal. Resting heart rate was up > 20 BPM Sunday morning through Monday afternoon, back to normal.

Feel better for a few hours then rough for a few more. Kids seem completely fine.

Weird virus.

I lost taste and smell on Day 5. If you're going to lose it with Omicron, it's been delayed from everyone I've talked to.

Taste I got back about 2 weeks later, but it took about a month to come back 95%.

Smell is off. If someone farts around me, I can tell that the smell around me has changed for just a moment. But I came home while my husband was cooking steak tonight and I could smell nothing. Honestly with two young kids I'm not super eager for that to come back lol.

Short answer, yes it's normal. Less common with omicron than the earlier variants but it does happen.

So farts smell better than his steaks?

Got it, thanks! Glad I'm not alone there.

Ended up having a rough night of headaches. Took meds at 730p, woke up at 1130p with a throbbing headache so took more. Woke up at 2a, was wide awake, fell back asleep. Back up at 5a, throbbing headache, more meds. Awake at 7a.

Had televisit with PCP this morning. They said they don't like to give steroids until day 5 which would be Friday for me as they are worried it would lower my immune response? Upped my ibuprofen and melatonin dosages to help with headache/sleep.

If I'm still having issues Firday, call back and they'll send a script in for a steriod. I don't have anything in my chest, high fever or extreme fatigue so they didn't seem very concerned.
