Although I never got tested, in my line of work and with the amount of people I've dealt with on a daily basis over the last 2 years, I'm pretty sure I had covid at least once in the middle of last year. I also just got over Covid in the week before Christmas (smell is slowly returning now).
I am 39 and have never had vertigo or tinnitus before. But in October after a trip to Disney world, I had a severe bout of vertigo that kept me home for 3 days. Teladoc prescribed me three or four different medicines, all of which dramatically help the symptoms quickly. I have not had another bout since, thankfully, but every once in awhile I notice a little bit of dizziness if I change positions or lay down quickly.
Pulsative tinnitus is what I self-diagnosed myself with after this latest bout with Covid. I would wake up every morning with the noticeable beat of my heart in my right ear. Lasted about a week or 2. Never have had that before in my life either. It has since gone away, but I have a feeling both of these things might be covid related. I only had the first vaccine shot, fwiw.
