I started developing symptoms on the 2nd. They fully hit on the 3rd.

I'm a week in now and most of my symptoms have resolved. However, I've noticed my lungs burn a bit and I still get winded fairly easily. I'm also more tired than usual, which I am guessing is correlated to lung function. Anyone else deal with this?

My o2 dipped into low 90s in first few days. Eventually came back hip. I'm on day 13 and although breathing seems normal I do get winded fairly easily. And I would run quite often before so getting winded doing routine tasks is a bit concerning. Hope it goes away soon.

Nothing unusual. You can still have symptoms for up to 4 weeks but they should be steadily improving throughout that time. Some people still have lingering symptoms past 4 weeks which is known as "long COVID".

Your timeline is exactly same as me. Been sick over a week now and lungs are getting a little worse even though cough isn't too bad. Pounding the D3 and drinking Earl Grey with honey seems to help a lot

I had the exact same experience. Fairly mild case with O2 dipping into the lower 90's, but had that lung/chest discomfort for months after getting past all the other symptoms.

I feel like the more I exercised and slowly brought my self back to a reasonable activity level, the better it got. Just take it slow. Getting winded easily is very common after recovering form COVID. I have an exercise bike that I would do 5-10 minutes on to try and help out.

Take some Viagra. You'll be breathing heavily in no time!
