I am on day 6-7 right now. I am a very healthy 50 year old. Moderna vaccination in June. Previously had COVID in October of 2020. When I realized I had it I thought this will be quick. I haven't had much sense of smell since day 2. The first time I got COVID I could smell just fine.

Day (-2) Attended event with a number of COVID spreaders. No one symptomatic that anyone knew of at the time.

Day 1 - I noticed my shoulders hurting while working out and got a headache doing sit ups. I almost never get headaches.

Day 2 - Woke up with sore throat and felt fatigued. Felt worse with body aches and slight fever as day progressed.

Day 3 - Body aches, low fever, fatigue. Mild headache and nasal inflammation but not much drainage.

Day 4 - More of the same but wake up at night drenched in sweat.

Day 5 - Fever calmed down, no achiness, but fatigue and mild headache remain.

Day 6 - Fatigue and mild headache. Felt like my ears are clogged up but not much drainage. Again wake up twice soaked in sweat. Such a nasty feeling especially when it's the middle of the night and you just want to lay back down in a dry bed.

Day 7 - Again the mild headache. It's hard to describe but it feels like mild pressure from inside my head on my eyes, ears, and jaw. It's not debilitating but it makes me want to close my eyes and sleep until it's over.

Maybe a sinus infection to go along with your covid? Think there is more of that going on this time.

Night sweats are a key indictator of Omicron according to UK

No sinus infection. I am very familiar with those. This is definitely not a sinus infection.

I had night 4 of night sweats last night. No fever.

Today is day 6 of symptoms for me. Feels like I just about through the sinus stuff. Nothing in my chest. Lots of nasty snot coming out of my nose. Doing Netty Rinses 1-2x daily. Sudafed and Ibuprofen for pain/pressure. I was tempted to call tele-doc for antibiotics in case this is a sinus infection, but it feels like it's getting better.

ETA: did not test, so can't verify Omicron. Exposed to multiple people that tested positive.

When I got the original alpha covid strain last year in June, I had really bad night sweats. My sheets would be drenched in sweat whenever I'd wake up. Its not unusual.

7 days of 101+ fever...

This morning, poured sweat for about 30 minutes and voila...it is gone.

I had 2 days of fever and then the same thing in the middle of last night. Pretty much the best feeling knowing the worst is behind you.

I don't know 100% if I had COVID, but the daughter did test positive so I'm assuming so.

If it was Covid, this is our families 3rd round:

February - not bad for me
September - pretty bad IMO for me
Now - moderate to low compared to September

I started feeling bad on Christmas Day with a stomach ache but thought maybe it was my SILs fireball drink she made. I've had a headache every day since then, sore back by the end of the day and super tired. Day 4 two family members said they tested +. On Day 5 I lost smell as I couldn't smell my baby's bad diaper- yup, definitely got it. Today is Day 6 and taste is slowly fading.
34 y/o and vaccinated, no booster.
I am running the Houston Half in 2 weeks and so far I don't even want to go run my mid-week 5 milers. Great timing.

I had a 101-104 degree fever for 7 days back in July, then just disappeared. Bad head/body/shoulder/back/legs ache. I do remember having bad night sweats. Doc thought it was a virus form a mosquito that that turned into viral meningitis.

I don't believe that. I had bad night sweats when I got covid just after Thanksgiving. The first reported Omicron case in the USA was at the end of November from a traveler returning from Africa.

Had terrible night sweats with a rough case of COVID December 2020. My sheets would be soaked.

I had night sweats for 2 evenings with my Moderna 2nd shot in April 2021. I had night sweats with my Moderna booster for 1 night in November 2021. When I got COVID last month, I had night sweats 1 night. I changed my clothes 3 times in one night.

I had night sweats for two nights along with my throat feeling like burnt pavement. Went away the third night.
