Dr. John Campbell explains how Ivermectin works - it is a 3CL protease inhibitor.

He uses Pfizer documentation to show that the new Pfizer drug being touted as a great weapon against covid... is also a 3CL protease inhibitor. I wonder how much it will cost.

He also shows the findings where Remdesevir is shown to be nowhere near as effective against covid as ivermectin. Remdesevir costs about 3k for a full dose. And never worked. Yet it was used to "fight covid", pushed by Fauci.

Dr. John Campbell debunks a BBC story about ivermectin, basically showing that the BBC story had no evidence to back up their claims.

wont see any other the usual suspects on this thread.

especially after the study showing Remdesivir and it's ineptitude to complete function that ivermectin excels at.

Listened to the video . . . .Pfizer has already come out and thrown cold water on the claim you are trying to make.

Since this line of thought washed up on infowars and Zerohedge, most folks have come out and debunked the claim.

Dr Walter explained that PF-07321332 is a "direct acting antiviral drug", while ivermectin "has multiple mechanisms of action on animal and human cells as well as some serendipitous antiviral activity".

This means ivermectin likely has a range of "off-target effects on animal/human proteins," Dr Walter said, adding: "We know it has multiple mechanisms of action and some of these actions could have unwanted, even dangerous side effects.

"What Pfizer have done is create a drug with a single job - stop the SARS-CoV-2 protease."
A Pfizer spokesperson also denied the connection between the drugs, telling Reuters in an email: "Pfizer's protease inhibitor is not similar to that of an animal medicine and is not the same mechanism."

Several posts circulating online wrongly suggest that the pills are the same because ivermectin also acts like a protease inhibitor and keeps the virus from replicating. Ivermectin continues to be studied in relation to COVID-19, however, it has yet to be proven that it can treat COVID-19.

Images of the structure of Pfizer's new pill and ivermectin can be found online and do not show similarities like the posts describe.

Ivermectin binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels and is used to treat parasite infections, said Joseph Glajch, a consultant in pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry.

"These two are so far apart," he said. "If you look at how they interact with the body..., they don't even go to the same pathways or receptors."

I'm not debating this anymore. Ivermectin is being used globally by thousands of doctors. It's being used by people like Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers who can get the best treatment available. Amazingly, they manage to survive. People on this board have reported using it and getting better.

It's been shunned by people like Fauci since the pandemic started. Instead, he touted the crazily expensive Remdesevir, which doesn't work. That decision alone probably cost thousands of lives.

I posted a doctor's findings, I'm not debating anymore. Ivermectin can be used by anyone who gets covid, vaccinated or not. It is amazingly safe, much moreso than the vaccine.

I post this to simply let Texags people know about ivermectin. If you get covid, get ivermectin and take it. It won't hurt you if taken properly, and it could help save your life.

Anyone throwing around the terms "animal medicine" or "horse dewormer" in a derogatory fashion to refer to ivermectin in their argument against it, and the people who take it, should be instantly ignored. It shows weakness and defensiveness of your argument, especially when trying to gain credibility touting your own product. It's actually embarrassing.

It's a great way to know who to ignore though. So that's something.

Totally agree . . . those folks are just trying to get under the skin of people and succeeding in huge fashion.

Arguments should rest on facts like these.

Ivermectin: How false science created a Covid 'miracle' drug

Quote:

Campaigners for the drug point to a number of scientific studies and often claim this evidence is being ignored or covered up. But a review by a group of independent scientists has cast serious doubt on that body of research.

The BBC can reveal that more than a third of 26 major trials of the drug for use on Covid have serious errors or signs of potential fraud. None of the rest show convincing evidence of ivermectin's effectiveness.
Dr Kyle Sheldrick, one of the group investigating the studies, said they had not found "a single clinical trial" claiming to show that ivermectin prevented Covid deaths that did not contain "either obvious signs of fabrication or errors so critical they invalidate the study".

Major problems included:
  • The same patient data being used multiple times for supposedly different people
  • Evidence that selection of patients for test groups was not random
  • Numbers unlikely to occur naturally
  • Percentages calculated incorrectly
  • Local health bodies unaware of the studies

The sample of research papers examined by the independent group also contains some high-quality studies from around the world. But the major problems were all in the studies making big claims for ivermectin - in fact, the bigger the claim in terms of lives saved or infections prevented, the greater the concerns suggesting it might be faked or invalid, the researchers discovered.

The largest and highest quality ivermectin study published so far is the Together trial at the McMaster University in Canada. It found no benefit for the drug when it comes to Covid.

Ivermectin is generally considered a safe drug, though there have been some reports of side effects.
Calls over suspected ivermectin poisonings in the US have increased a lot but from a very small base (435 to 1,143 this year) and most of these cases were not serious. Patients have had vomiting, diarrhoea, hallucinations, confusion, drowsiness and tremors.

But indirect harm can come from giving people a false sense of security, especially if they choose ivermectin instead of seeking hospital treatment for Covid, or getting vaccinated in the first place.
Dr Patricia Garcia, a public health expert in Peru, said at one stage she estimated that 14 out of every 15 patients she saw in hospital had been taking ivermectin and by the time they came in they were "really, really sick".

Hialrious.

The BBC article you reference is the same one Dr. Campbell debunks. You obviously didn't watch the second video. That article is based on nothing. Dr. Campbell looks for the data evidence backing up the BBC article's claims and he can't find anything.

I'm not responding to you anymore. I don't know what your agenda is, but it sickens me.

My simple goal here is to help people. If you want the vaccine, get the vaccine.

IF YOU GET COVID... Ivermectin can help you if you're vaccinated or not. If I'm wrong and ivermectin doesn't help, it won't hurt you. It is safer than aspirin. You have nothing to lose. All I care about is beating this virus.

Believing Pfizer and Fauci is believing people who pushed Remdesevir for a year - it's no longer being used. Ivermectin is prescribed daily by countless doctors across the globe. STILL.

You said that two posts up and here you are repeating it again.

I bet I do hear from you again.

And no agenda. Just posting facts from reputable news sources that reference the opinions of trained medical professionals using proper methods of scientific inquiry.

I know that doesn't measure up to the musings of Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers and the random anecdotes you have seen on Texags.com but I offer them up anyway.

You just figured that out?

I posted it out because the guy's arguments try to disparage the authors rather than address the issue.

My issues with his comments.

1) He attacks journalists for not having proper credentials . . "would you go to a journalist if you have an upset stomach" blah blah blah.

He ignores the underlying criticism of the article rests directly on the fact checking work of a multi-national team of doctors and health science researchers who are probably more qualified than this guy to investigate the subject matter. Shooting the messenger rather than addressing the points.

2) I agree that the article generalizes that ivermectin proponents are anti-vax. Probably not fair.

3) He is wrong in trying to dismiss that people around the world have been sourcing the animal version of this. We see it hear on this board all the time.

4) He is not really being honest in attacking the authors as just a graduate student not admitting that most of academic research is underpinned by grad students working under the supervision of phd and professionals. He just shows he doesn't know what he is talking about there. More attempts to ignorantly shoot the messenger.

This guy has a PhD in teaching. I listen to him because he also has a masters degree in biology. Other folks deserve the same respect.

He then goes on to admit that most of the studies cited by the author did indeed have flaws at that many of them have been retracted and the suggestion of the research paper are all sound.

So I don't really see his point.

Why does my Ivermectin cost $10/pill?
Had to call multiple pharmacies that would even fill the script and that is the going price.
Who needs a new drug when you can just price gouge an old one.

i'm a long hauler going on 10 mo. can you tell me what your symptoms are since we all have different ones, and more importantly: how often do you take ivermectin to relieve symptoms, what dose, and where you got it from and anything else you might share. i'm close to feeling hopeless. i got the virus (asymptomatic) in dec. 2020 before vaccines were made and have had all 3 moderna now.

My initial symptoms were typical covid flu like symptoms: Feverish feeling, warm, ear ache, cold sweats, chills, leg pain, fatigue, brain fog. I got the vaccine seven months ago and ever since then the symptoms became worse and I started getting daily dizzy/light headed spells in addition to the symptoms above.

I followed the FLCCC ivermectin dosage. Take ivermectin (15-20 MG) for 3-5 days in a row, then 1-2 times weekly for 2-4 weeks after that. My symptoms were severe so I did 5 days (18 MG) in a row then 2 times weekly for 4 weeks. I used to get ivermectin from push health but the doctor I used on there said she can't prescribe it anymore and it's too expensive anyway. So I got it from India mart, an Indian pharmacy. 100 pills for like $90.

I feel your pain, like I said I've been feeling this way for 17 months. Give ivermectin a try, I bet you feel better after taking it.

i know of 2 over-seas pharmacies which sell ivermectin...can always order from one of them. several of my hubby's family members in la. used the horse dewormer ivermectin, putting a small amount of it into peanut butter and jelly...and my neighbor who is a pharmacist ordered that same product (not the rx but horse paste) from amazon and said to have some of that on hand in case hubby/i come down w/the virus again but to take immediately and there's a stick or indicator of how much to take according to body weight. would anyone care to weigh in on the ivermectin horse paste? prefer real, serious responses.

The horse paste package comes with a syringe with weight measurements by increments of 250. You can set the syringe to your appropriate weight using the syringe, its easy. Theres also youtube videos that show you how to do this, but it was pretty easy to figure out just looking at the syringe.

However, my advice is to get the actual Ivermectin pills. I took the horse paste a few times and it didnt do anything for me, except give me a slight upset stomach. Whenever I took the pills, I felt better instantly within 30 minutes. It was a night and day difference. Apparently the horse paste has other ingredients in it that mess with its effectiveness for humans.

i know of 2 over-seas pharmacies which sell ivermectin...can always order from one of them. several of my hubby's family members in la. used the horse dewormer ivermectin, putting a small amount of it into peanut butter and jelly...and my neighbor who is a pharmacist ordered that same product (not the rx but horse paste) from amazon and said to have some of that on hand in case hubby/i come down w/the virus again but to take immediately and there's a stick or indicator of how much to take according to body weight. would anyone care to weigh in on the ivermectin horse paste? prefer real, serious responses.

Apparently the horse paste has other ingredients in it that mess with its effectiveness for humans.
i just ordered the actual ivermectin from overseas pharmacy which takes about 2 weeks to ship and if i get the horse paste sooner, i'll try a small amount just to see if i get any relief from 10 mo. of post-coved symptoms.

Horse paste won't hurt you if you take the right amount. I've taken it, and a really good nurse practitioner told me it was fine. She was taking it as well prophylactically. This was 16 months ago. She has since gotten the vaccine, and praises it, even though she had to go to the ER twice with a racing heartbeat after the vaccine. Also, her mother got full moderna vaccine and got a serious case of covid afterward.

I tell the above not to disparage the vaccine, but to explain that the nurse practitioner that told me about ivermectin is not an "anti-vaxxer".

Good luck, I hope you get some relief as quickly as possible.

Ive had covid long haul symptoms for 17 months and Ivermectin is the only medicine that completely relieved my symptoms. The stuff works.
i'm a long hauler going on 10 mo. can you tell me what your symptoms are since we all have different ones, and more importantly: how often do you take ivermectin to relieve symptoms, what dose, and where you got it from and anything else you might share. i'm close to feeling hopeless. i got the virus (asymptomatic) in dec.

The horse paste wont hurt you, but I dont think it helps either. Its not as effective as taking the actual pills. I can only go from personal experience of taking the horse paste 3 times, and seeing no difference in my covid symptoms. Compared to taking the pills a dozen or so times, and feeling better every single time Ive taken them.

are you a post-covid long hauler and is that why you took the ivermectin pills/paste? have your symptoms resolved totally since taking the pills? I'm 10 mo. long hauler w/dizziness only in afternoon; brain fog and of course insomnia but no organ damage and i exercise 6x/week. am very fit for a 75 yr. old female; eating enough supplements and healthy foods to cure 1/2 the world....tho not yet!

Yes, Im a 17 month long hauler and post vaccine long hauler (7 months) also lol. That is why I took the Ivermectin because nothing else worked, Ive tried different antibiotics and medicines, and Ivermectin was the only thing that made me feel better.

My symptoms have not gone away completely since I started taking it. Whenever I take Ivermectin I feel much better and my symptoms go away for that day only, but they usually return the next day if I dont take Ivermectin again. Its basically a temporary relief of symptoms, but for me thats better nothing. Although I did complete a 5 week Ivermectin treatment and felt better for about 2 weeks, then my symptoms returned again a few days ago. I took ivermectin again yesterday and instantly felt better.

It relieves my dizziness symptoms, I think itll help with yours.

i so appreciate the detailed response fellow-long hauler; i've had the 2 modern/1booster beginning in march as i got virus last dec. before vaccines ever developed. i believe my symptoms have improved over past few mo. but i've got a compromised immune system and take tiny amounts of a chemo drug to keep my crohns/uc in remission so i may never recover due to immune system. i will try the ivermectin which may not arrive for 2 weeks since it's a foreign pharmacy and i'm in az. but it can't hurt; most of my symptoms seem so trivial compared to what other long haulers are dealing with, but these symptoms have altered my life and most of my emotions...esp. anxiety, are so over the top and are very exacerbated...thank you, covid! i've gotten more info from this website and the long hauler facebook group page than from the neuro i saw and my e n t appt. had to be changed to jan. many dr. dismiss these symptoms or won't give honest opinion if the dr. doesn't know how to treat this new virus. i suspect many millions have been affected emotionally/psychologically as well as having actual organ damage or symptoms that we have now that we've never had before the virus.

Totally agree. The worst part is doctors have no idea how to treat this. I'm curious to try that new pfizer covid drug and see if it helps at all.

The scary thing is there's some long haulers on reddit that said they've had 20 months of long haul symptoms and they haven't gotten better at all. Many believe they'll have it for the rest of their life. I really hope this isn't the case. I've seen a few people say they got better after 18 months and I'm hoping that's what happens to me.

Also, I think the vaccine probably made your covid symptoms worse. For whatever reason, a lot of long haulers get worse after taking the vaccine. That's what happened to me, the daily dizzy spells started occurring after I took the vaccine.

However, my advice is to get the actual Ivermectin pills. I took the horse paste a few times and it didnt do anything for me, except give me a slight upset stomach. Whenever I took the pills, I felt better instantly within 30 minutes. It was a night and day difference. Apparently the horse paste has other ingredients in it that mess with its effectiveness for humans.
i just ordered the actual ivermectin from overseas pharmacy which takes about 2 weeks to ship and if i get the horse paste sooner, i'll try a small amount just to see if i get any relief from 10 mo. of post-coved symptoms.

That's what happened to me, the daily dizzy spells started occurring after I took the vaccine.

since i have bipolar disorder i'm very compulsive and have kept a morning diary since before getting the virus regarding my sleep and what meds i've switched to because my hypomania (no depression) causes insomnia...but i just looked at my notes: all of my symptoms, incl. the dizziness which was worse back in jan. and feb. were there before i ever got my 1st vaccine in march. for me, i think vaccine has helped the dizziness and early on my brain fog was really bad but that's improved as well. this virus has affected every person so differently but it seems most long haulers on the f/b page are females. i only lost taste/smell and was riding my spin bike for the entire time of having virus and being quarantined...my hubby had the aches and pains and it was because of him that we got tested; i had no symptoms but then did lose taste/smell. so weird. so tragic for so many millions of people.

I was looking up treatments for Vertigo, and I saw this medication called Betahistine. Its sold under the brand name Serc. Unfortunately its not sold in the US but it is in Europe. A lot of people claim to have improved results after taking it. I might look for some from an Indian pharmacy online.

Also Ginkgo Biloba has shown to be somewhat effective in relieving vertigo symptoms. Im going to get some today and report back! My dizzy spells have been horrible today.

So I have a ginkgo biloba update. I just went to CVS and picked up some ginkgo. As I'm driving there I start to feel the dizziness kick in, I'm sure you know the feeling. I pop a 120 MG pill and go back home. Honest to God I started feeling much better after taking the pill. The dizziness went away and I have more energy. Could be a fluke or placebo, but I don't care as long as I feel better.

Apparently ginkgo biloba improves blood circulation and oxygen to your brain which helps relieve the dizzy symptoms. I've taken it in the past and it made my allergies better and gave me more energy. Im a believer. Give it a try!

for those wanting ivermectin in the human pill form, its pretty easy, plan a weekend trip to Mexico, Cabo, Cancun, etc, walk into pharmacy, get 100 pills for $50 and fly home... bingo you have all the 6mg pills (for normal human consumption) you want, get 200 if you want, they will sell them, friends that went there all got them.. not a big deal.

Or we can just order from an Indian Pharmacy online and get them delivered right to our mailbox lol. Much easier.

Same for "the jab."
