I was wondering if y'all could help me out, we are planning a trip to Houston for Thanksgiving and would like to get our kids under 12 vaccinated. Would Walgreens or CVS be open for vaccines? Down here in Guatemala vaccines are a few months away for my kiddos. Thanks in advance for your kind help!

You can go to web sites for both and schedule the vaccine as it gets closer to the time. The stores will be open, but it might not have the under 12 vaccine yet. First, it needs to be authorized, and second, since the dosing is different the stores might have problems getting enough doses.
