So it appears Comirnaty is really not under an EUA for 16+... however my question is, is it even possible to find anyone who will certify that is what they are administering to you? Is it available anywhere in the US or is Pfizer only pushing out the EUA branded drug still?

It's the same darn thing in the vials, so I am not sure why some are questioning this. Using a brand name drug now is just because it is cleared (sort of like Merck with Keytruda) instead of the EUA which precludes a lot of different marketing/advertising/branding. It's even been sold as Comernaty in the EU this whole time.

I really wouldn't worry about it, in other words.

I guess it could could come in handy for the inevitable lawsuits to know this.

One is legally distinct from the other. Is Comirnaty even officially available? If not, why not?

So... It was originally based upon the lawsuit side of things and liability. However, I'm not sure the EUA protects any of the Vaccine companies vs what the PREP act entails. That gives all kinds of protection all over the place until 2024...
