Researchers at UT Health San Antonio are looking for COVID-19-positive Texans for a national drug study that includes a controversial deworming drug with both veterinary and human medical uses that people have been taking to treat the virus.

To be eligible for the 15,000-person study, you must have received a positive COVID test in the last seven days, be over 30 years old, and not be hospitalized. Medications, in doses properly calculated for personal use, are shipped for free to your home. No in-person clinic or office visit is required. You also don't have to live in Texas to participate.

It's just a cut off. Also, not sure if you've shipped anything since the 1990's but it's not the snail mail it once was. You can easily get these by the next day. Same day depending on who they use for logistics.
