I have a question. Since SARS is a corona virus, if someone was exposed to the SARS virus in the past, does that make them more susceptible to the covid-19 virus, or does the exposure to ANY corona virus produce antibodies that increase your immunity to the current corona virus?

Serious question, not a troll

***Not a Doctor***

Google the term "cross reactive immunity"

Unfortunately, for covid there seems to be none.

A scientist that published a book on Amazon in June 2020 that covid was a false alarm and magically has proof of every contrarian flavor of the month opinion . Totally legit link.

Probably not. Covid isn't the first coronavirus that we get exposed to. Their are 4 others that are endemic and make up the group of viruses that cause the common cold.

It's been documented that people who had SARS like 18 years ago exhibited immunity to covid via antibodies.

That's good to know, if true. I was exposed to SARS in Kuwait from some local nationals working at our Camp New York back in 2003 when they pulled us back to Kuwait before redeploying us back to Georgia
