This is for my wife ('91). She's battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She got the Pfizer vax quickly after it was available. Being immune compromised, we want her to get a booster. Since Pfizer appears weakest against the variant, should she get a different one? I heard today that the CDC recommends using the same brand. However, I trust this board more than the CDC,

I don't have input on your question but I am sorry for the the battle your wife (and family) is going through. My wife '00 was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma in June at the age of 45. Best wishes for her care.

Thank you. Looks like my question is moot. Daughter came home from Impact Camp with the Rona. We were around her all day Wednesday. She heard about a positive test Thursday from another leader and then developed symptoms on Friday.

We may all get the natural immunity with our vaccines.

Praying for the best with your wife. Data is very positive in terms of preventing severe covid, so just keep a close eye on her.

Thank you. And, we will. At the first sign of a symptom, we're headed straight for a monoclonal antibodies infusion.
