Brazil has there lowest per Captiva death rate for COVID-19 and they start treating mild cases early with HCQ. Any correlation?

How do they count deaths? Look at Russia compared to the UK

I was just looking at what had been reported. I did not go any deeper than that.

Brazil is corrupt and their data is highly suspect.

Brazil has been regularly cited as one of the worst hot zones on earth for COVID right now. Go and look at the pics of the mass graves being dug outside of cities.

Their president is also bsc and pushing an unproven (at best) treatment.

Why not focus on countries that actually succeeded on getting this horrible disease under control...there's more then a few of those, and those are the ones we should be taking cues from.
