Because adipose tissues in human produce high Levels of plasmin, obese, elderly, metabolic syndrome population are the ones with poor outcomes while younger population is hardly impacted.

The S2 spike protein with RxxR amino acid sequence was definitely inserted in a lab and this work was done in North Carolina, Japan, China and Europe.
