After ending our 14 day self-quarantine, we moved to a new temporary house yesterday where we'll be staying for at least the next month, maybe longer. We can't keep watching the news, regardless of the source, all day long - we need to settle into a new routine for this new normal. While I'm hopeful, I don't see the current situation ending soon.
The house we're in now is near Grant Park in Atlanta and lends itself to daily walks. Grocery deliver is reliable here, so we don't have to get out much which is good. I'd appreciate input on ways you're trying to cope. In the meantime, here are somethings I'm going to try to do, or get back on track with in the coming days.
I really hope all of you are doing well, physically and mentally.

- Limit news to 1 hour or less in the morning.
- Spend an hour on centering prayer/meditation practices.
- Start trying to learn the ukulele that I bought last week.
- Go for a walk
- Write to the folks at the churches that support us all over the country asking how we can pray for them
- Get back on track with healthy eating and intermittent fasting.
- Journaling
- Talk to my kids and grandkids each day
- Look at real estate listings online in anticipation that we'll eventually retire in the Atlanta area.
- Start working on a plan to get our two dogs, Gus and Woodrow to the U.S. if we're unable to return to Lundazi anytime soon (anybody have large and extra large dog crates you want to sell me?)
- Do my best to live in the present and stop worrying about things I can't control.
I really hope all of you are doing well, physically and mentally.
