Talked to a friend last night who was in the hospital 2 weeks. Got out December 28. He was still having trouble breathing so began taking Ivermectin on Sunday. We talked for over an hour on the phone and he said that before taking Ivermectin he would not have been able to talk for more than 3 minutes. His pulmonologist would not prescribe it but he found another doctor who did prescribe it for him.

While I don't believe it is the silver bullet I have seen very good response with ivermectin!

Could you share a hypothetical dosage? Asking for a friend.

I got the moderna shot last Friday and started coming down with a fever a couple hours ago (101.5). I've had relatively low exposure since the new year. I just took my evening dose of doc revs cocktail an a few extra vitamin d/famotodine.

Hoping this is just a delayed reaction to the vaccine as I have no other symptoms. Anything I should be doing different? My anxiety is through the roof and playing havoc with my resting heart rate 140-155bpm.

I'm going to watch my fever for the next few hours and take some Tylenol if the fever doesn't go down soon.

Get a pulse ox and go on a media diet.

Already have a pulse ox and it was 97 earlier. My fever is down to 99.0 (I usually run 97.6). Heart rate is slowly coming down. (119bpm now). No Tylenol yet but will probably take a couple before I go to bed so I sleep.

Hoping this is just a delayed reaction to the vaccine but I'm treating it like I'm positive.

Hope you feel better. Jump down to the 'got covid' thread in the morning, lots of good info there.

Feeling much better and fever free for the last 24hr with no Tylenol. I'm thinking this was a delayed reaction to the vaccine as I didn't have any other symptoms, crazy that it happened a week after the shot...

My pulmonologist in Victoria prescribed it for me. Picked it up at H-E-B. Knocked out 95% of the symptoms in 24 hours.

Question for the doc ... If I am severely allergic to all NSAIDs, is there a recommendation for something else that can be taken instead of the Baby Aspirin in your recommended supplements?
BurnetAggie99

Sorry just edited the question .. I meant with regard to the Aspirin being a preventative blood thinner to prevent blood clots

What symptoms are you wanting to treat that NSAID use prevents? That info might be helpful in Doc's providing an answer. You could PM Doc if you do not want to post publicly.

Yea I saw you updated post. Yea check with Doc.

I know grape seed extract may have potential benefits for several heart and blood conditions natural way to help prevent clots and inflammation.

It contains antioxidants that may protect the blood vessels and prevent high blood pressure and also acts as a natural blood thinner.

NAC has some anticoagulation properties. You can also discuss potentially using plavix with your provider if you get sick.

Dr. Rev.
Wife and i were exposed by a friend Saturday night. Is there any benefit to taking the ivermectin regimen now as opposed to waiting for symptoms? And if so were dosages like 12 or 15 mg day 1 then again day 3?

Thanks

Yes as we do not know exactly how immune you are after just one injection.

I didn't read through this thread looking for it but for those who took Ivermectin / what did they Dr. prescribe in combination with it? Also what brand and dosage of Ivermectin did you take?

I've heard it's running low in places and where I live I can pick some up at the pharmacy "just in case"

I have some HCQ but I assume that is all but not being used at all any more?

I was prescribed Ivermectin along with Doxycycline. Not sure of the dosage of either as I have disposed of both bottles.
