Howdy, Ags!

Elyssa Horvath '94 is part of a group that is heading up a supply drive for those in the Orange/Beaumont area that were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. While supplies will be distributed throughout the community, Elyssa is doing this in support of Jerry Vandervoort '00 and his family of 5 that live in the area. All of the pertinent information is below.

Plan of Action: There is a fleet of 3 trucks and 4 airplanes that are waiting for supplies from Fusion Church to be taken to the Orange County airport, which is the local distribution center in the area.

8827895- the Orange co emergency command center, they will know more about what specifically is needed, but yes, the area is still needing supplies. Huge parts of Vidor, Rose City, and Orange are still underwater.

Vidor has been devastated , Rose City will be almost as bad

Thank you so much for all of the donations.

I was the NCOIC of airport operations, so we quite possibly met and didn't realize it. We just completed our RIPTOA, turning over the airport to our relieving unit, another national guard unit from Arkansas.

Based on the best estimates we can, we've pushed out over two million pounds of relief supplies through the airport.
