Are toll roads waived right now? I work at heb and I can actually get there if i use 99. I'm prob the only idiot here that doesn't have ez tag and since there are no booths I don't want massive fines.

99 is not HCTRA.
You can sign up for a HCTRA tag online and bind it to your plate and use immediately.
Of all the toll authorities NTTA is far easier to deal with, I'm moving all my tags to them.
