I'm in Cypress and thinking about heading to hang with family in CS for a couple of days. Anyone have status of current road conditions from Spring Cypress 290 area on up to CS?

Just made it onto 6. 290 had people turning around past hwy 6 and heading back east to the hwy 6 exit. The frontage road was blocked at huffmeister but people are going through barrels. Watch out for emergency vehicles using the left lane to head back east. Take it slow or hold off.
what kind of vehicle do you have. I'm Driving a sedan
I have a truck, but I didn't experience anything a car wouldn't handle. Not sure what was blocking 290 past hwy 6 at the time though.
