So that's why they kept increasing the flow rate! Kidding!
My ONLY complaint was he seemed to downplay or underestimate some of the affects of increasing the releases. The maps I saw them estimate flooding were underestimated. It made people think their house wouldn't be affected when it was causing lots of rescues yesterday.
With that being said, that guy worked his butt off and needs a vacation.
