Just got this notice re water usage in Cross Creek.
"This is an urgent message from the City of Fulshear regarding the Cross Creek Ranch water system.
The Cross Creek Ranch water system lost power at one of its wells this evening, reducing pressure in the system. The water is safe to drink, and the water pressure remains above TCEQ requirements.
The City is working diligently with our service provider to resolve the issue and switch to alternate sources as quickly as possible, however we need the assistance of residents in the meantime.
Residents of Cross Creek Ranch should immediately stop all non-essential water use until further notice. To help maintain system pressure, residents should take all necessary measures to reduce usage including shutting off non-essential items such as sprinkler systems.
Thank you for your cooperation as we work to maintain our essential systems during this unprecedented natural disaster. "
