We have 2 adults, a teenager, child and dog located at 12836 Raven Tree, cypress. Is anyone able to help with this?

Coles Crossing is hit or miss with homes with water in them. I'm off Tylermont and Bedford Falls and water almost up to mailboxes but our house is good.

Some not so lucky around neighborhood

Any information on Bridgeland?

It depends on the location, but most places have water to the curb but it has receded some. I have yet to hear anyone having water in their homes, but it's getting close.

I spent about two hours wading in and out of Coles in water up to my waist, taking my nieces and nephews out in a kayak. I parked at the school and had quite a hike. Most houses that I saw had water up to their first step on the front porch. Most houses that I saw didn't have water in them yet, but each and everyone seemed to only be a few inches from getting water inside. All the fire hydrants were covered up and water was up to the bottom of the mailboxes. This was at 3PM on Mon. Very sad situation but it was amazing to see all the volunteers coming together to get people out. Boats were everywhere throughout the neighborhood.

I'm here. Any house on the cypresswood side is in trouble. Cypress Creek is way out of its banks. I'm west of TC Jester and we had 5-8 houses flood in our small section.

I know people on nodaway, as far as I know they have not flooded.

Where?

I live on Sherburn Manor (off of Telge to coles crossing dr) and it flooded. We got 1-2".

Let me guess, you were on Sheburn Manor? That's where I live. A lot of great volunteers. unfortunately my street is terrible at draining compared to the rest of the subdivision. not a happy camper. I have flood insurance but since my kids play sports we know everyone at different coles and all of them were seeing their places recede only to see ours go up and it's staying up.

Anyone driven by Blackhorse Storage on House & Hahl Road? Just moved all our stuff in there last week ahead of our move to Bridgeland. New house in Bridgeland is good, just worried we lost everything that goes in it.

Anyone know the situation in riata ranch on barker? The wife and I left with our son as soon as the waters got close to our house. Praying for a miracle here.

Does anyone in Coles need any help today? I will most likely be on foot but will be ready to roll around sunrise. Whatever is needed, I'm happy to help.

Someone said yesterday afternoon that it was good. Bridgeland waters have receded over night, but not sure about the storage space.

Just left the Telge and Cypress N houston area. Bonaire entrance still covered, didnt want to go past the light seeing all the water still over there. Cypress N Houston and Huffmiester clear again. Did not go towards 290, but will in a little while. If anyone needs help cleaning up let me know.

If you get a chance, can you let me know how the front of Mark's Glen looks? It's across Cypress N. Houston from Bonaire. The folks' house is the second on the left....wondering how high it is there. We are sure there's water, but hoping it's just a few inches. TIA

Are they on the street with the big white house on the corner? If there was still water over there so I did not venture to far. Will be shortly though since we have friends down that road.

My parent's house has 4 feet of water inside. They were taken to a shelter so they are safe. I would imagine that they aren't accessible if I attempt to drive from SA, right?

Yeah that's the street. I actually just talked to my Mom and she said they were able to make it back to their house and by the Grace of God there was just tiny amount of water that had seeped in. I can't believe it...from the videos and pictures I saw of Cypress N. Houston I thought she would have a foot of water at least.

I am heading in town either this afternoon or tomorrow morning and will be helping neighbors. If there is anything I can do for anyone in this area please let me know.

My sister in law and family live in Riata Ranch. The water receded about 8 feet over night. They live on Lonsome Dove Ct. (or something like that).

We kind of know the folks that own the storage business and as of yesterday it was dry. You should be good.

We live two streets over. High water into yards but homes not flooded. Further east is much worse.
