Curious about the businesses on Brittmoore, specifically between Tanner and West Little York. They're right outside the edge of the reservoir. Is the spillover affecting them?

Also curious about the neighborhood just south of 10 on Brittmore. Is that area flooding/going to flood?
Right now Rummell Creek at Britmore is 1.5' below the top of the bank

Thanks. Their street is Beech Landing Lane in the "Phase 3" part of Grand Lakes.
