Golden bear ln resident here. We are doing good on these roads off of Chestnut Ridge. As guitarsoup said, we are quite elevated compared to most. Who is your friend?

Deerbrook to north park
Northpark at lake Houston to 494
Northpark/494 to 1314
1314 to 59
59 south feeder to kingwood drive
All were easily drivable as of about 3pm

From what I saw around noon, there was no way to cross over the San jac on 59 north or south. It has been several hours since then, but I haven't heard of receding water yet. I will be going out again later and can let you know
