We are off longenbaugh in Wheatstone Village. One block from Horsepen creek. Water rising about 1.5" per hour. Getting dicey over here.

Same. It's starting to back up and water is starting to rise at the end of our streets over in Coppercreek. We've been going back and forth checking out the bayou behind us.
I'm just south of longenbaugh behind the Y. PM me if you need any assistance.
I'm in Copper Lakes just west of the Y. Thankfully no issues for now. Willing to assit for anyone is in need.
Streets went down overnight. We seem to be in the clear. Thank God.

Berry Center, Copperfield Church, etc.
We went to Copperfield Church last night and they were already at capacity but still in need of baby items (diapers, wipes, toys), water, food, and air mattresses. They had over 200 people and only 20 cots, mattresses.
i have gathered a stack of clothes. Tshirts, shorts, jeans, polos, long sleeve dress shirts, etc.
Best place to take them for use and distribution to different locations?

There's some local pop up shelters... Crossbridge Church on West between 6 and Telge and Calvary Community Church on Cherry Park. Both need supplies and volunteers. We're in Middlegate right next to Labay and we're fine.
I'm sure Berry Center and other shelters will take them directly. I know Copperfield Church is no longer excepting donations except animal supplies, kitty litter, dog food, and cages.Ragoo said:

Unfortuntely I cannot give you exact info on Hearthstone Place but my grandmother-in-law lives in Hearthstone which is across 529 and she is perfectly fine.doodie2010 said:
