Texaggie7nine, any word on the Sheldon reservoir? My brother lives very close to that pic. No flooding yet where he lives but keeps hearing rumors that they will be opened as well.

Power out in Old Braeswood, water seems to be going down or staying constant at least. Prayers to those more affected, this is a tough time for a lot of folks.

The Berry Center is taking donations (clothes, toiletries, blankets, food, water, etc) and has the auditorium setup for evacuees.

I believe that's what it was. Idiotic to text that out with absolutely no explanation of any kind what it was about (not even what "LAE" stood for). I had no idea what to make of it so just ignored it.

My brother in kingwood (Verizon) had the same problem. Changed to SMS from iMessage. I have not had the problem in kingwood with att.

Water at top of my slab off Rayford as of 8 minutes ago. Likely coming in my weep holes if not over by now. My house sits up a good bit.

My neighbors are asking for boat rescues. While I am happy I got my kids out, I want to be helping them. We'll get through this.

Please say prayers for the kids getting boated off my street. Family next to me has no Houston family & 3 kids under 8.
