Heard the YMCA in copperfield will be open for donations today. Just fyi.
So a mandatory evacuation. What happens if you don't evacuate? If you have plenty of food and a 2 story house, do you really need to evacuate in Sienna Plantation?

For the Copperfield/Cypress folks. Kroger at Barker Cypress and Tuckerton is open and is a mad house. There have quite a lot of stuff as of 10:00 am.

I agree. I normally am a 13 guy but they aren't showing any actual weather reports. Just real time rescue 911 type of crap.

You get that if the pumps fail with flooding, Sienna will be Lake Sienna for weeks?
Does anyone have a good link for steps to be taken (insurance, fema, etc.) if you do flood. My parents have flooded and with the scope of what is happening I want them to have a head start on recovery. TIA
