My parents are in the same situation in Meyerland. There's a few 2 story houses where people are gathering - all senior citizens at their house.

What's the best way to get a rescue boat sent to them? Corner of Loch Lomond and Chimney Rock a few blocks north of Brays Bayou

My parents and other senior citizens are here on 2nd floor at Chimney Rock and Loch Lomond if anyone knows how to send a rescue boat we would appreciate it. We did warn them to get out and all the way up to last night they still had chances! The sudden flash flood at 9pm is when it went from calm to panic and then by midnight they couldn't get out of the neighborhood.
