That link didn't tell me much, and I can't get on the Harris County flood warning system website. I know a couple of people that went to a Katy Area EDC meeting earlier this week, and the two said "they" were predicting Barkers would be 4' higher then the tax day record of 95'. Would strongly advise not to do it. Several rivers you would have to cross and forecasts do not look good.
