The Cypress twister formed damn near over my house . Didn't touch down until it was across Barker Cypress but one of my neighbors said it was directly over me. They really do some bad like a train

East Cypress (Louetta & Grant) has been raining slow and steady for hours and rain has picked up substantially. Solid tornado warnings for the last 3 hours. We have a lot of water accumulated already. I really hope the forecasts are wrong about 4 more days of this.
Last night was an appetizer. Main course for us is tonight and tomorrow.

Well, the meteorologist are thus far 100% wrong as far as Houston is concerned. But maybe something will happen Sunday or Monday. I would sure be happy if this whole board felt vindicated. You guys seem like you really need it.

It's really dark here in Rice Military right now. Looks like we are about to get smacked by one of the feeder bands for the next 45 min.
unfortunately they usually get those forecasts right. but adding more rain is going to make it worse.
