Ags win 7-1 in Waco tonight.

Amanda Scarborough pitches the complete game, giving up one run (unearned) on three base hits and strikes out four. She also hits two home runs and collects four RBIs.

McDonald was 2-4 w/ 1 RBI
Scarborough was 3-4 w/ 2 HR & 4 RBI
Gregory was 1-3 w/ 1 RBI

Player of the game was Scarborough, no question about it.

That is what I call a statement game. Taking a Top 10 opponent to the woodshed in a conference game at their field. Gigem!

What is it about Baylor's teams and midweek games? (sigh)

Good win tonight. Your pitcher was really good. Sucks for us that she is only a freshman.

Congrats Ags. Y'all played a great game. I was walking between that game and our men's tennis matches.

c'mon KBTX, get us more highlights than just a batter hitting a line drive out to the shortstop. how about a home run or an aggie scoring a run.

KBTX specializes in showing non-key moment "highlights" of most sports other than football. I'm always shocked when they show a relavent moment of a game.

Big Thumbs Up to Jo Evans and the girls! Huge conference win on the road.

I had a blast at the game tonight. The Baylor fans were more fun to interact with than the Houston fans. I was really impressed by the number of people at their game, with a sell out of over 1200 people. I really wish we could get something like that going here in Aggieland....

Big 12-opening win before a record crowd of 1,288 Wednesday night at Getterman Stadium.

Last year's attendance at A&M for the game against Texas was over 1400, and so far student attendance to this point has been significantly ahead of last year. Now that the conference games have started and game times are later in the day, attendance will grow from the non-student sector.

Kudos to the Lady Ags.

The few games I've been able to make there have been around 1000 people there. With conference starting, we could up that number to 1100-1200 easy, especially if the girls continue to dominate everyone that steps on the field.

Understatement of the year, looking at the box score I think she was our team.

curlee-no just sexist in sports with a male counterpart. baseball and softball two different sports, if it was womens baseball no one would show up.

No baseball at home this weekend, so people should be able to make it out...

We're averaging about 750 at our home games right now.
