When will the Athletic Department release the names of the incoming baseball recruits? With the signing period over, every other Big 12 school has released their list.

Why do we need 7 Short Stops?

Shortstops are usually the best overall player on any high school team. Not a bad thing to get the best players out there.

I have a feeling that Jonathan Kutscherousky just might be one of the longest names in Aggie baseball history (it's longer than William VanLandingham, who holds the record for longest name in MLB history)....I'll just call him Kuts....

As you can see we are heavy on OF Recruits. Bartek and Baldwin are seniors and Infante will likely be drafted so MJ is smart to reload.

Is the Thompson kid going to get here or will we lose him? #1 recruit in the state, #1 lefty in the nation, 92 MPH gas. Those three suggest we'll lose him. Given his Aggie roots perhaps we keep him though, does anyone know?

Thompson will be a pro when it is all said and done. He will get well ove a million signing bonus and has been tabbed the top lefty in the nation (HS-wise).

Expect him to get drafted in the top 20 picks of the first round.
