The five teams we won't play in the regular season are Georgia, Florida, Auburn, Vandy, and Missouri.

So who do we get to take LSU's place in the spring once they're no longer SEC members?

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

It's interesting that every weekend is alternating home and away. We usually have two weekends away or home in a row.

Miss state Courtyard,
Kentucky no hotels within walking distance so we are at the downtown Marriott so we can walk to restaurants.

Most of our tougher opponents are at home. Love we get road series at UK, SC. Very favorable.

If you are traveling to Lexington for the April 2-4 series, in addition to bourbon distillery tours, try and get to Keeneland for some horse racing. The Spring meet runs April 2-23 (no races on Monday-Tuesday). Post times start at 1:00pm and generally run through 5:00pm. The baseball game times will depend on TV and April weather so you may be able to hit a race and the ball game in the same day for the evening games.

https://www.keeneland.com

Opening weekend for Keeneland might affect hotel availability depending on the weather but nothing like a football game.

As previously mentioned, there are no hotels or restaurants anywhere near the baseball stadium. However, there is plenty of free parking around the stadium if you have a car.

Spot on. The football stadium parking lot is right by the baseball stadium so tons of parking. The horse ranches are incredible.

I love how we are alternating home and away series, but I wish we would play Texas in April instead of during the penultimate weekend of the regular season from 5/14-5/16 because the spring semester is over. Also, Texas A&M has graduation ceremonies from 5/12-5/15, and Texas has final exams 4/29-4/30 and 5/1-5/2. It would have made more sense for the SEC to schedule the road series at Texas from 4/16-4/18 because there would be more students showing up to the Lone Star series during the semester. With that said, I will be going to one of the games in Austin.

We won't have any problem filling Olsen for the Texas series with students or otherwise. The traffic and hotel nightmare that comes with graduation weekend will be a huge mess, but filling the seats at Olsen (or any other A&M venue) for a game against Texas will be no problem.

You're forgetting how many A&M fans despise and obsess over Texas more than they actually love A&M.

I checked my spreadsheet. The SEC schedule release date has been right around this time the past three years. We haven't released the full schedule until the end of October, so look for that!

You dont live or have lived out by Hamburg area have you?

I have family in the area and had seen a truck with Aggie stickers on it a year or two ago and have always wondered who that Ag mightve been. My grandpa's truck has Kentucky and Aggie stuff on it and used to have Hunt Texas plates

Carsons now has a separate but same location Carsons back porch there too. Across the street is east end tap and table which is good too

Other lexington restaurants that are scattered around that I like:

OBC kitchen
DV8 (breakfast)
Eppings
Josie's (breakfast)
Thoroughbred
Palmers
Winchells
Big Kahuna (if you like Hawaiian)
Kung Fu Noodle
Keeneland Track Kitchen (breakfast)
Windy Corner (a bit far away)

I had AI review all the SEC schedules and spit out a ranking based on 2026 win% and conference win%. I think we caught a break. Opponent win% is .618 overall & .479 in conference. We're bottom 6 in the conference (easiest), while UT and LSU are 1 and 2 at .681 / .584 & .651 / .534.

No, not me. I don't have any stickers on any vehicles. I have noticed an increased number of A&M car stickers over the last 5 years or so.

I misspoke. Flying American and already booked due to tiny planes and the possibility of it being Super Bulldog weekend.
