At a minimum there's a lot of groundwork going on between the scoreboard and right field foul pole where section 12 has been. Are they putting in a little bit more infrastructure for section 12?

Just to be clear, this is between the railway chain-link fence and the outfield fence of the baseball field, not in the railway right of way, it's not obvious from outside the area that it goes into the railway right of way area. I noticed because we had to walk around the front of Olson to head to Kyle Field for the football game.

I remember when they did the grade separation at the bell tower, at every stage of design there was a 6 month review process with the railroad. Longer if they needed to make changes.
