The Boll Weevils of the University of Arkansas Monticello
It was The Boll Weevils of Piedmont but was renamed the Intimidators so I had to move on
I still wear the team cap from time to time however
The Biloxi Shuckers are a follow for me as well. I fish out of Biloxi quite a bit and try to attend a game when The schedules align. This is actually a neat minor league park.

my dad's team is the Yankees as well because of being able to hear them on the radio and all the players back then. My mom's team growing up was the cubbies.

Several years ago, we played Long Beach State in baseball. They are called the Dirtbags. I got such a kick out of their name that I bought a t-shirt.

I've always liked Rice. As a school and they were fun to watch play baseball in the 2000s as a kid growing up in Houston.
I've been hoping they get competitive again and I used to go to a couple of rice games per year when I was younger

I don't know if it's changed back but Rice used to give some consideration on admissions to baseball. They took that away at the end of Graham's run and for the whole time Bragga and Cruz were there.
I've heard they're loosening that but don't know for sure. I do know there's a sizable contingent of faculty, administration, and alumni who think Rice should not be trying to compete at the D1 level or give athletic scholarships because they want to be like the Ivies.

Born in Huntsville and mom still lives there. Fun game atmosphere in a really nice ballpark.

There was a year in the '90s where the football team had a graduation rate of 86%, and the faculty freaked out, because how prestigious of an academic school could they be if idiot football players could graduate?

I don't necessarily root for the Steelers but I've always like watching them play. They're still throwback football- hard-nosed D and committed to running the football. I like that.

Been a Lions fan since Dan Campbell took over. Believed in them even during that first disastrous season. Such a fun team to watch.
