I have no problem with that
Those aren't updated yet, right? We're 18-11 now and done on conference. The next anyone below us can do is get to 18-12 which would still put them behind us. I've been working outside and sweating my ass off since 8am but looks to me like we're locked into the 3 line and could move to 2 if Mizzou gets their **** together.brunsie said:

And don't think that them getting handed Mizzou at home the last weekend was just some happy accident. Basically zero chance they wouldn't sweep. Nice little get right series to end the year just in case things had gone sideways for them this year (which it hasn't)

At this point, just bring on whomever. It's not likely that we have enough pitching to do much damage but maybe the lineup will bash our way through. Not sure anyone has every won a Regional going opener, opener, opener in each game. Our staff is going to have to trust someone to get more than two innings in the first half of a game. ..and we can't count on Corn to get that last 3 innings each game either. Bond and Powell (and maybe Vincent) will have to play a role.W said:
checking in with a couple of College Station regional regulars...
TCU (33-20) finishes the regular season at RPI #39 -- went 17-13 in the BDF
Lafayette (34-21) finishes the regular season at RPI #40 -- went 16-14 in the Sun Belt with series wins over USM and Coastal
if the committee could send both to the Ags' regional they would. It should be one or the other as the 3-seed

Ok…I think an A&M-Texas super regional is still in play.
First, we aren't getting a national seed unless we win the SECT, and that might not even do it. National seeds will be:
SEC (3) - UGA, Texas, and Auburn or Bama
ACC (3) - GT, UNC, and FSU
B1G (2) - UCLA and SC or Nebraska
Other hosts will be Bama/Auburn (whoever doesn't get the national seed), USC/NU (whoever doesn't get the national seed), Florida, A&M, Miss. State, So. Miss (gotta have a mid-major host), Oregon State, and probably WVU (gotta have a B12) team host.
Would not surprise me to see something like:
(1) UCLA vs. (16) Oregon St.
(2) GT vs. (15) USM
(3) UNC vs. (14) WVU
(4) UGA vs. (13) Miss. State
(5) Texas vs. (12) A&M
(6) Bama vs. (11) Nebraska
(7) FSU vs. (10) Florida
(8) USC vs. (9) Auburn

Nebraska didn't play UCLA
which hurts the perception of their season a bit
the Huskers top 3 series wins:
#8 USC
#52 Michigan
#62 Iowa
it seems like the B1G did some RPI gaming this year...
to have 4 teams in the top 20 and 3 of them have underwhelming resumes

Bama, FSU and SCw are not getting a national seed and I think it's unlikely Nebraska gets one, either.
Strange occurrence in Blacksburg.

Clemson had a guy slide into home and score, but in the process the turf batter’s box got completely flipped over. 😳 pic.twitter.com/PSxJUWjJ80
