Yeah I don't believe him either. That pitch was mid-shin. No damn way.

He wouldn't lie about it, he's not the only one to have access to that…if he was lying it would easily come out

If you saw the replay it's not even close. The catcher pulled his mitt up 6 inches just to get it to the bottom of the strike zone. Rogers would have to speak for himself on he saw (or was told) but I'm not expecting to read those details any more than I expect the SEC to document bad calls publicly during a game.

Our broadcasters like Will Johnson have access to the trackman too. I guarantee Brauny was able to see it as well, Kendall wouldn't just make that up without knowing that's what it said. Camera angles can be decent on tv for balls and strikes

I wonder what camera angle Grahovac was looking at.

Well I expect Brauny and the other media guys to tell us like it is, if Roger's is lying I'll admit I'm wrong guys geez

Just to be clear, you keep implying that I said Rogers was lying…that's your words, not mine. Rogers could just be wrong or misinformed. I'm not attacking his character just because I don't agree with what he said.

In college the grading system has the strike zone and also a buffer. So it might have been in the buffer which doesn't mean it was a strike just not egregious

The problem with buffer is that essentially widens the zone of acceptability. Where's ever the line gets drawn then it expands from it was close to a strike to well it was close to the buffer zone. There has to be a defined boundary.

A buffer just gives an umpire an excuse to be wrong a lot and have being wrong be accepted as ok.
