Friday opponent VaTech lost 16-1 in their last Friday game …

Saturday opponent is #1-ranked UCLA who just swept TCU.

Sunday is vs Arizona State.

There are "pregame experiences" for sale for each game where you can go onto the field pregame for batting practice (Friday) or for wamups & national anthem (Saturday & Sunday). $27 each for that.

Former sip Will Gasparino is raking for UCLA. He's hit 6 HR so far this season. He only hit 13 all of last year with t.u.

I was reminded this weekend that he transferred there and that we'll have to deal with him this weekend. He was a major butt head last year.

They also have the (current) 1st pick in the draft, Cholowsky, who has 6 homers as well. Pretty crazy two guys on the same team with that many this early.

When A&M was last there, we tried getting tickets at the stadium to avoid the fees. It didn't work and you still had to pay a fee on top of the ticket price. Don't remember how big.

I hadn't tried at Globe Life. In Houston, they do not let you buy tickets at the window anymore. There is someone at the window who tells you to do it on your phone. I would assume it is the same throughout the MLB, but I am not sure.

Before about May of last year, ticket buyers were complaint about the "hidden" fees (i.e. their profits) being charged by ticket brokers. So the FTC put into law an act that said the brokers now have to break out every fee from the actual price of the ticket.

I guess it's hard to keep up their desires of the consumer?
