This. But, I guess that makes us old fuddy duddies. We'll never go back to the late 80's where the uniform choices were only two: white or gray. But, I do kind of miss that.

If you look at the official school branding and marketing colors online, they include gray and black

Nobody seemed to complain when we wore these. To me this is the correct usage of black unis. Black as the primary but use maroon as the accent colors.

I did. I don't care about branding, isn't the God forsaken bevel official branding? As for gray, it has been the de facto color for away unis since God handed Adam the first baseball and said thou shall PLAY BALL!

OK, somebody finally presents a valid argument for black as a uni option. I might consider it appropriate in a sweep situation on Sundays.

Well now we are glossing over the real argument here… was Adam an analytics guy? Or was he a "I go off the eye test and when I feel it" guy?

I'd like to imagine he didn't care much about he lefty/righty matchup

I couldnt find a good pic of the one with the script. My only complaint there is no one is showing their socks.

We wore them in '24. They were taken out of rotation in '25. In '24 went went to the CWS Championship series. In '25 we didn't make playoffs. Is their a connection? I think so. Bring them back!

I will say I'm a big fan of baseball leaning fully into the script writing on jerseys. The script Aggies and script Texas A&M look great
