Lamkin struggled a little at first, but has settled in. Left a few pitches too much over the plate and a team like Arky will make you pay. He's pitched a good game. Not getting much help from our boneheaded plays.

In one of his interviews this week, Earley talked about umpire grades and said they are graded off Trackman and not on the strike zone of the batter. If true, the SEC is stupider than I thought.

Great teams play at a high level, but most importantly don't beat themselves. We need to clean up the situational errors and some of defensive techniques. We've had quite a few defensive miscues and base running mistakes this year.

This is the first year the SEC has had Hawk-Eye. I would expect that to change in the future...
