If that's what you mean, I'd say today is still the best bet for him, as he has had the longest rest since last week. I guess you could have swapped him and Lamkin, but Patton likely needs time since he's already being moved up a day.

Watching TCU @ UCF for filler until our game. I'm sure it'll be a highlight later somewhere but the TCU left fielder made a foul catch at full speed sliding along the ground, extended, head first with his face pressing into the fence fabric. Held on. Really amazing, committed play. Not Aggie related. Just baseball.

I think the Arkansas game is supposed to be on SEC tv. Softball game currently on SEC is only in the bottom of the 3rd. Seems likely it will not be over by 6. Last week our softball never made it on SEC as scheduled due to the 15 inning game between tu and UK televised ahead of it. Are we going to be bumped, at least initially, due to a softball game overrunning time?

Not a direct answer because I don't know what they will do, but I almost always just watch on SEC+ in the ESPN app so this kind of bump is a non-issue.

It is for my 97 year old Mother that sometimes has problems finding the game on her ipad due to macular degeneration. Much easier for her to find it on the TV. For me, I agree, not much difference. I am watching softball right now. Sometimes ESPN tries to tell me I have too many things running on ESPN when I watch both softball and baseball on SEC+

Awesome, great stuff. I fully agree there. I wish the tv providers and espn could actually get this figured out but it's not really in ESPN's interest to do so, so I get why they don't...
