As for ours and sips performance, NOBODY should be surprised. And if you are, you are delusional

Schlobb is an elite coach at a blue blood program. Of course they're gonna be good, and probably will contend for a national championship in short order

We promoted a young, players' choice assistant with no head coaching experience, and have had injuries

Then we act surprised when things don't go well.

Bottom line is we did not handle it well when Schlobb left. Maybe it was money. Maybe it was poor management because were thrust into a bad spot late in the game

Hopefully this thing gets turned but I don't think it will and we will likely be looking for a new head coach when finances allow it

Yeah he did, and it seemed reasonable.

Said they were good friends until last June, hasn't spoken to him since then. Looch was working the game as a member of the press and was on both sidelines an equal amount. Schlobb was on the sip sideline and they ran into each other, were cordial, and chatted briefly. Somebody snapped a pic

Looch was on the sip sideline in a professional capacity, and Schlobb was there because he's their head baseball coach

They encountered each other, acted like mature men, chatted, and parted

They weren't yucking it up over beers and selfies after the game

That was Looch's explanation, seemed reasonable to me
