I think Bindy looked as good at the plate yesterday as anyone not named Henseler or Kent. He was still 0-fer, but only 1 K and had a couple pretty good looking swings. He's not lighting the world on fire, but if the 1B options are him and Bergevin it seems Earley prefers his defense over there...

I would have said the same thing about Targac last year, and Bost in '23. The lineup shuffle needs to happen. It was broke-it needed to be fixed.
Its different in the Targac situation. The rest of the team was raking and he was the singular black hole. This is taking out a good chunk of a lineup that is already down 2 of it's 3 best hitters

Situations aren't really comparable at all
