The fact you believe in anything this school has to say is something else. Keep believing. One of these days you will get sick of losing. Schloss was promised a baseball palace and it never happened. Just because he went to Texas doesn't mean that isn't the truth. He was talking about it his first year here. A&M reneged.

I guess you missed the discussions last year about the plans. You can't plan and build overnight.

It was in the planning stages before he left.

A&M never reneged yet the texas coach was planning his exit as early as April 2024.

Words have meaning. But you obviously want to blame A&M instead of the texas coach. So I'm done arguing. You win.

Oh and what I believe in or get sick of has zero impact on the W-L record of Aggie teams.

The texas coach was gonna leave the first chance he got.

Once he ran thru the wife swapping community in BCS he started looking for greener pastures.


A&M reneged on their promise of a baseball palace to Schloss. He would still be here had the dumbasses in charge kept their promise.

Where is it? Schloss was here for 3 years and nothing ever happened. I bet he gets a new stadium at sip before bluebell gets renovated. I bet bluebell only gets renovated in response to them getting renovated. Thats how A&M works. They only react to the sips.


Seems to me sippie had to react to our renovation of Kyle, not the other way around. Nice venues certainly help in recruiting but it is only part of the puzzle. If sippie is able to firmly set plans, get funding and actually start a renovation of the Disch in a three year period of time then you have a valid point. All you have now is speculation that we were somehow stringing him along believing he wouldn't leave. RC had to work tirelessly to get the funding for the Blue Bell renovations. I get times have changed with our move to the SEC but even that is not an ever producing money tree and baseball is hardly a high revenue producing sport.

Jesus Christ. Quit being a child and say "Schloss". He was the best coach this baseball program has ever had. I have zero faith in A&M to ever get it right. The people in charge are morons.

This is different and you know that. Our #1 baseball team lost to Cal Poly, Texas State, Arizona most recently. It ain't looking good

And I don't think Schloss would have stayed with a new stadium fast tracked. Texas was always higher in his mind. We could have built him three stadiums and he would have still gone to his bed buddy
The fact that it wasn't built or fast tracked gave him a get out of jail for free card.

But this is a valid statement. And this team looks BAD. Well, they certainly do not look ANYWHERE close to a Top 10 baseball team right now.

Half our hitters appears to have started the season in a slump. Jace honestly looks completely clueless at the plate. He is swinging at a ton of bad pitches and that goes for many others. Earley as the batting coach prided himself on plate pitch selection and ability to take a high percentage of walks and force pitchers into long pitch counts. Not happening this year.

Team has basically an improved hitting lineup and looks completely different from last year.

Whatever the hell is wrong, needs to change before SEC play. At the end of the day, it they go 500 in non-conference but then manage the right the ship within SEC play...I will take it. Hell, fall out of the Top 25 as this team is NOT playing anywhere near a top ranked D1 baseball team right now. Get that crap over with, take the media beating and start playing some damn big boy baseball!! Seems all the accolades have amounted to pressure that is overwhelming this entire team.

Roughly only 2 weeks till SEC opener and that is gonna come very quickly. Let's go Ags. Let's go Earley! We all so want your story as 1st year HC to be one made for the movies!

I agree that the entire reason Schloss left, wasn't because we slow played the stadium re-do. Schloss was put on this "ad-hoc/make believe" search committee for the new AD hire. Just like football, the search committee had zero input. He got butt hurt over this and seemed to plan his exit soon after the announcement of Alberts.

Earley needs to get past NIL paid, egos and being players 'friends'. He has to shake up the lineup or the season is lost. Bullpen and fielding errors a whole different issue. Hitting seems to be HR ball or nothing at times...we appear to lack confidence of making contact / putting the ball in play (1st inning last night decided the game IMO...3 strikeouts by middle of the lineup w bases loaded...really!!).

He has to manage the pitching staff better (esp middle relief and closers). Not seeing progress at all and appear to be playing tight and pressing (not loose). If you watch OU, LSU, and even tu...they are getting better as they are progressing.

Team is following paradigm to a Fisher highly recruited team that read too many headlines how good they are when they aren't at the moment.

Personally disliked being #1 pre-season ranked (regardless of names) with a new coach as have to have a different mentality of being hunted vs. hunting and proving oneself. Don't see it, but team is pressing way too hard.

Not a top 15-20 team as playing and will fall dramatically (as they should).

I don't think Early is why we aren't hitting. He was the hitting coach. If all I knew right now was our opponents run total, I would think we are undefeated. Pitching is fine. Hitting is terrible
