I'm not saying Earley's style is right or wrong. It's just different. I've played for both styles and the coach that ripped me when I needed it got my attention better. Had some teammates that would try to crawl in a hole if a coach ripped on them. Players are different and respond to different styles of coaching. The coach just need to figure out what buttons to push on each player.
