Should be 0-0? All hits in the 2nd inning.
Sparks replaces Peters who got no support from our defense. Still in top 2.
Still early, though, and we can score runs fast !!

Baylor's pitcher is a transfer senior from Duke who led them to the WCWS last year.
She is a pretty darn good pitcher. But we were down last night and came back, can do it again tonight.
None of those runs should have scored, two actual inning ending errors and a mental error. That throw from CF would have ended the inning.
Grace is doing better tonight, that's a good sign!

My man that ball to the pitcher had no chance of being an out. The run that scored on the KK play would have scored on the next play which was a hit. I'll give you the play at the plate, however that even was not an auto out as she got a mid hop. You can't say it should have been 0-0 when the pitcher gives up 7 hits in two innings. Despite the fact the defense could have been much better.
Vrazel with an infield single with 1 out in bottom 3 is our first base runner.

Regardless you said it should be 0-0 which was patently false. If we had played flawless defense it was 2-0 at a minimum.

If Peters doesn't misplay the slow roller, she would have had a 1-2-3 2nd inning.
I'm just telling you what I saw and that play was right in front of me. One mans opinion. We can agree to disagree as I haven't seen a replay or anything.
Either a mental mistake by Mya or KK on a grounder to first. And we get no one out on the play.

Fantastic running catch by KoKo but it falls out of her glove. Not an error as it was a diving play.
