If you pay for ESPN, you have access to every Aggie home game. That's all anyone can ask for.

Every SEC game. Our production is light years ahead of some schools though.

I lived out of state and paid for 12thManTV and watched football and basketball. I regret I can't remember if we had baseball telecasts or not, but I don't believe so. The SEC Network deal included about $12 million in investment for building a studio and other equipment. The difference in streaming quality was greatly improved by that deal, too!
the early days of 12thmantv was just 1 overhead camera from the press box, with dave south of course. dont think it was til the renovation in 2012 that they actually had a legit broadcast with multiple cameras.
We did. If I remember right, before there was a charge it was free for a bit. There was a single still camera view you got. You could watch the pitcher/batter but when they hit the ball you just had to listen to the radio announcer to hear what happened.

Crazy that other teams have way more televised games than us, but it doesn't matter because you can watch almost all of them anyways through SECN+.
I remember the days when you could call into the press box and they'd tell you the score.

I don't see anything about TV on the Astros site but last year all the games of the Astros College Classic were televised on Space City Home Network and if you did not live in the Houston area one could stream them for free at Astros.com. Hopefully it will be the same. The Rockets play on the 1st and 3rd at 7:00 pm so maybe no TV for the Aggie games or maybe they'll be aired on the alternative channel.trouble said:

The full schedule shows TBD for Thursday, April 17th when we play at Arkansas (Easter weekend), and they haven't announced the televised games for the last weekend of the year yet (May 15th - 17th) when we are at Georgia. I wouldn't be surprised if some additional Aggie games end up on television.

You're probably right. I didn't think I could watch games from the ACC Network until I by accident selected an ACCN+ game to stream a couple of seasons ago.dabo man said:

Sling will let you get just ESPN, ESPN2, & ESPN3 with the basic orange package.dabo man said:

Then if you pay a little extra to add on the Sports Extra package you get ESPNU, ESPNEWS, SEC Network, ACC Network, plus some others like MLB, NBA, NHL, Tennis, etc.
Not one game between preseason #1 vs #3? That's just dumb on ESPNs part.
I was worried that this was going to be the ONLY televised games, but glad it looks like ESPN+ will continue. I prefer the home cooking announcers anyway.
