Could it be a continuation of the "tradition" themed Sunday uniforms of the past couple years and be a nod to the Aggie Ring? That would be awesome.

I have the cream one. Bought it at Scheels in The Colony. The maroon one is on the way.
All and all, these are very nice replica jerseys. I agree, that the actual On-Field ones are the best but these are really not far off.

As for #2, they do it for the champion of the WS in the MLB.
Maybe they are meant to be a celebration of making the series but I just wonder if it is more about setting high standards overall for the program? No idea...I like it though.

Oh yeah when we win the natty I want a maroon cap with a gold block T and CWS champions patch to match my Rangers WS cap.

The "adidas Gold Standard" in the tweet was the thing that made me think this is an adidas thing that they are doing across all of their schools. This year's are considerably better than the Tequila Sunrise ones they did a few years ago - that somehow Louisville still wears while no one else to my knowledge does. It just didn't work for so many color combinations and seemed forced.
I do really like the cream color of this year's. Very classic look that I wanted us to wear more last year.

I'm glad at least we're part of a generic un-unique drop from Adidas so it isn't just A&M where the scheme makes no logical sense.

Maroon pinstripe uniforms were so bad. I love the jersey as a piece of merch (I wear mine often) but dang as a full uniform they were so bad…
As much as I disliked the maroon pinstripes, they were better than this.
Still wish we would make these real uniforms. Perfect unis IMO

Yep, very much this. I didn't pull the trigger but my son did and it honestly looks fantastic with jeans or shorts. Together with those damn maroon pants it was an actual abomination, right there with the dark Vandy pins vulgarity.tjack16 said:
