I've been each of the last 5 years and going 2025 too.
I stay at Horseshoe Casino RV Lot in Council Bluffs.
Last year was $50 per night plus tax.
It's just a big parking lot so no real "camping" more like "tailgating".
Water & Electric with dump site at exit
Shower and laundry facilities on site as well.
10 min Uber to ballpark
Several restaurants and bars within a short walk including casino
Next door is Bass Pro
They close for the winter...I always call beginning of April to reserve for June.
