Some houses in that area have quite large lots. With as many guys as they say live there, I would suspect it's a decent sized house as well. It's also possible it spanned 2 properties.

If this is the house party we drove past coming home from Summerville than it sure as hell looked like something legendary! Both me and my wife were like DAMN!! That's a lot of cars and that was around 12:30am!!

Was it in Southside?

Not familiar with that neighborhood or it's location. This party was right off 60 maybe a mile or two before coming into campus. So many cars parked on the side of the highway and significant police presence. As we approached we saw all the lights and assumed it was a serious accident, once we got close enough we were able to see it was a house party. Damn near pulled over to join , but figured I had enough libations and it was time to hit up FUEGOS and call it a night.

At least when I was in college, that was a frat house. I believe they always had a haunted house.

This party was apparently in Southside, which would be between George Bush & holleman and Welborn & Texas (not quite that large of an area, but a good general viscinity)

THATS who it was. I knew it was a frat, and I went to at least 1 Halloween party there (and their haunted house was always fun)
