I wonder if they are still planning on the Player Development Stuff to move to the 1B line? That's what the previous coach told me when we discussed it last spring.

I am pretty sure all this is going to move into the parking lot outside the Rec and by the pools. So, fewer Olsen parking passes for season ticket holders.

This project should start in June. Stadium expansion probably won't start until 2027 at the earliest.

What makes you think it will take so long for the stadium renovations to start? We've been hearing about the renovations since before Schloss even arrived in 2022 and now they might not start until 2027 at the earliest? What are we doing?

Bingo! Plus, the University is scared to death of this NCAA lawsuit around paying players. They aren't willing to dive into a stadium expansion with no true lead donor and the lawsuit payments hanging over their heads.

Is someone ponies up the full $80MM, we will probably start in June 2026. Otherwise, I think June of 2027 is the best case scenario.

I'm just surprised that after the historical run we had last season, how Schloss left, and now our pre season #1 ranking that wouldn't motivate some BMA to pitch in

I'm watching Ken Burns baseball documentary and I'm watching the 1930's portion talking about Hank Greenberg and I remember at one point the discussion of making Olsen more like old Tiger Stadium in a box manner with the second row almost directly on top of the first row.

They are all tapped out paying Jimbo's buyout.

In the last image, what's that T-ball field?

And if money was no object, could we push back the field and put the volleyball complex elsewhere?

A turf practice field (infield only portion) like what Florida has next to their stadium. A bunch of schools in our conference have turf fields so it would allow them to practice infield on a turf field before playing away games at t.u., vanderbilt, etc.

Make sure they know about the club area we want near the press box.

One of the best parts about this is Schloss' negative recruiting pitch is now a lie. He's been telling recruits we won't do anything. Breaking ground on the player development center this summer is good.
